Boyn
Gary D. Boyn, partner, conducts a general civil practice with special emphasis on business structuring and planning, employment law, municipal law, commercial law and all aspects of bankruptcy law. He has served as an interim bankruptcy trustee since 1978. Boyn is a Civil Mediator, registered with the State of Indiana, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Indiana. He is a frequent speaker on bankruptcy, corporate and employment issues and has published numerous articles on these subjects. Boyn formerly served as corporate counsel and President of the Board of Public Works & Safety for the City of Elkhart and continues as counsel for the Elkhart Redevelopment Commission, Aurora Capital Development Corporation, and Elkhart Urban Enterprise Association, Inc. He serves on the board and is President of the Elkhart Performing Arts Theater Commission and Premier Arts, Inc., a related non-profit entity. He formerly served on the Board and was President of the National New York Central Railroad Museum Commission. He is past President of the Elkhart City Bar Association, Elkhart Lions Club and Elkhart County Council on Aging, Inc., and a former Board member of ADEC, Inc.
