William D. Haut
William D. Haut, partner, advises businesses regarding corporate and commercial
matters, including employee benefit and employment laws. He has published
articles about noncompetition agreements, employee benefits and compensation
in Nation's Business, Merchandiser, Small Business Controllerand
Indiana Business. He also has lectured on various employment and benefit
topics, and has written the chapter on cafeteria plans for the Controller's
Business Advisor,published by Warren, Gorham, Lamont. He has served
on several civic and charitable organizations, such as United Way of Elkhart
County and Elkhart Community Hospice, and he currently serves as a board
member of the YMCA.
