Randall G. Hesser
Randall G. Hesser, partner, advises businesses regarding corporate and
commercial matters, including estate planning, labor relations, and employment-related
litigation. Hesser has written articles on financing start-up businesses,
buying real estate and drafting employee handbooks for publications including
Nation's Business, Small Business Reports, The South Bend Tribune,and
Indiana Business. He has lectured on these and other topics to groups
that include the National Association of Accountants, the Michiana Chapter
of the International Association of Financial Planners and the Greater
Elkhart Personnel Association. He has served civic and charitable organizations,
including the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce, Elkhart County Council
on Aging, Child Abuse Prevention Services, Youth Services Bureau, Loveway,
the Elkhart D.A.R.E. program, the Elkhart County Fair Board, WVPE Community
Advisory Board and the Exchange Club.
