strikes, negotiations, wage and hour matters, immigration

personnel manuals and policies, drug testing, and health and
safety concerns.

We represent clients before state and federal trial and
appellate courts and administrative agencies, including
bankruptcy and tax courts, EEOC, NLRB and other labor
agencies.

and represent creditors, debtors and committees in bankruptcy proceedings,
such as Chapter 11 reorganizations and Chapter 7 liquidations. We have
an extensive bankruptcy litigation practice.

We advise businesses on environmental compliance and
environmental aspects of acquiring real estate and corporate
assets, represent Potentially Responsible Parties in CERCLA
remedial actions, and practice before the U.S. Environmental
Protection Agency and state and local environmental
agencies.

We assist clients in valuing and analyzing assets, and in
planning for gift, estate and income taxes. We counsel
clients who wish to maintain continuity of ownership and
preserve assets in closely held businesses, draft wills and
trusts, and probate estates.
