Timothy S. Shelly

Timothy S. Shelly, partner, advises businesses regarding corporate and commercial matters, including all aspects of litigation defense and management. He also advises public
school corporations on a variety of student, teacher and administrative issues. He is an instructor of Paralegal Studies at Indiana University at South Bend. Articles written by Shelly on product liability management and approaches to avoiding litigation have been published in Small Business Reports, Shelter and Tribune Business Weekly. He has served as president of Elkhart Noon Optimists Club and Concord Dollars for Scholars and is Chairman of the Elkhart Historic and Cultural Preservation Commission. He is currently the Vice President of the Elkhart Community Soccer Association and a board member of the Child Abuse Prevention Service.
