James V. Woodsmall
James V. Woodsmall, partner, advises businesses regarding corporate and
commercial matters, including environmental laws, mergers and acquisitions,
and federal and state securities laws. Woodsmall has published articles
about environmental concerns, including toxic waste liabilities, the Responsible
Party Transfer Act, as well as advice for companies going public, in Shelter,
Hazardous Waste Management, Small Business Reports, Indiana Business,
and The Elkhart Truth Business Report. He has lectured to bankers,
accounting groups and various civic organizations on these and similar
topics. Woodsmall has served as president of the Elkhart Kiwanis Club
and The American Lung Association of North Central Indiana. He served
as the 1992 Chairman of the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce.
